Alati

The beautiful interior at Alati on Amoy Street.

The bustling area of Amoy Street is the perfect location for the distinctly Greek restaurant Alati. With its white walls, white furniture and blue accents, the comfortable and inviting interior will make you feel as if transported to the Greek islands.

Alati Salt Baked Fish

The Salt Baked Fish at Alati, one of their signatures.

Authenticity is in the details by only using the best Greek-sourced ingredients. The owners work directly with suppliers all over Greece to import wine, beer and spirits, as well as wild-caught fish from the Aegean Sea. All dishes on the menu are made by hand from scratch to ensure the authentic Greek character comes through.

BAM!

BAM!

BAM! pays tribute to the trend of ‘Modern Shudo’ where ‘Shu-Do’ literally means ‘Sake-Way’: it’s a contemporary approach to Sake appreciation. You can choose from over 80 different Sakes, or let the Sake Sommelier pair each course to experience the different types as well as the exquisite flavours of each dish.

There are two distinct spaces. One features an open kitchen with high dining chairs at the counter and an industrial, minimalistic interior. The second is an intimate restaurant setting with warm wood and distressed metal. The menu changes rapidly based on the availability of fresh ingredients selected by Chef Pepe. The dishes represent Catalonian influenced cross-cultural, ensuring memorable flavours.

BAM! Chef Pepe

BAM! has refined their concept and offers Omakase menus only as of June 2017. When dining with EATSingapore, you will get $45 off the bill with every 2 Omakase menus ordered.

Dehesa

Dehesa

A gastronomic adventure and alternative dining experience – Dehesa will keep you on the edge of your seat with its commitment to whole animal usage. Yes, you heard that right; alternative cuts, offal and of course the well-loved classic cuts are all featured on the menu to create distinctive and robustly flavoured dishes.

There’s an open and welcoming ambience on stepping inside Dehesa while hidden corners create intimate dining options. If you want to see Chef-Owner Jean-Philippe (JP) at work up close, take a seat at the open kitchen bar that takes centre stage.
